* fix check if remote file exists on single file upload
* work around timed out connection in reinitialize, though theoretically this could hit us in any function...
* use different pattern to match response to LIST, this should allow displaying files/directories with spaces in their name.
* add plugin icon (thanks jackdaniel)

* optipng -o7 - plugin.png
* work around disappearing gui problem
* allow local rename/delete when not connected, clean transfer information when queue is finished

Update of 4.4rev.1

- Problem with saving the images in epg_Backup.dat the epg.dat as EPG using fixed file. In addition, defective eurosport.py replaced with the bugs fixed. Thanks for the quick fix
