Symbol rate is now 5059 not 5056

except for frequency 309 which is 5043

I scanned this morning using that signal rate but I only got 8 channels from 1 frequency and all the other frequencies didnt see any channels. Did the frequencies change?

This should help.

1. Using your remote, click Menu
2. Choose Setup
3. Choose Service Searching
4. Choose Manual Transponder Scan
5. Enter first 5 digits of your code into the Frequency Field
6. Change the last digit in the Symbol Rate Field to a 9
7. Click Start Scan

X number of services discovered etc etc

8. Click OK
9. Click YES to scan another Transponder
10. Go to Step 5 and enter the next 5 digits and repeat steps to step 9

After you have entered and scanned all the digits of your code, click Exit til you are back to a blank screen.
Go and choose your channel to view.

Try 7752 or 9320, otherwise you need to flash the box.
