Laurie Davison named head of YouTube TV & Film ops in Europe

YouTube has appointed Laurie Davison as head of its TV & Film operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

He’ll handle the video sharing platform’s relationship with broadcasters, production companies and studios and pay-TV groups across the region.

Davison has spent the last seven months as YouTube’s manager, strategic partnerships, TV & Film.

He spent ten years as a media and internet analyst at both at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.
