Jedi EPG Xtream v2.14

Removed old dead sources
Updated the downloaded source files

Updated the code to pick up channel names differently.

Important - this update is required for my next release of Bouquet Maker Xtream. As I have changed the way bouquet files are created and removed the unneeded #DESCRIPTION lines now in BMX.
JEX was previously looking only for this line for the channel names. Now it looks in the #SERVICE line first and if not found there, then looks in #DESCRIPTION line.

Thanks KiDDaC
