Help With Locked Stream Menu 12.01.a5

I have downloaded stream system H/W 12.01.a5 s/w but cannot open the menu... it is asking for a 4 digit code. I have tried the usual 0000 or 9999 but cannot get it to open. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Go to menu then Preferences next, pin code and when it asks you the pin code press:

red , green , yellow , bleu

now change it into 0000
