Zygmunt Solorz buys Cyfrowy Polsat shares

Polsat founder Zygmunt Solorz has acquired an additional 1.31% stake in Cyfrowy Polsat through the Cyprus-registered company Reddev Investments.

This represents 1.02% of the total number of votes in the company.

Prior to the transaction, Reddev’s stake held a 46.61% stake in Cyfrowy Polsat and 55.90% of voting rights.

Solorz also hold additional shares in Cyfrowy Polsat through the companies Embud (10.01%) and Tipeca Consulting (0.34%).

Other shareholders hold a combined 41.74%.
