Hi I have starsat 9990 hd extreme h/w v1.26nq s/w v1.14 loader v1.00 why this version is not equal with version in other websites like this(StarSat_SR-9990HD EXTREME_V2.72_14012020 )

date of 1.14 version in menu of receiver is (softwaredate jun15 2020)

If your version is old, try to update it online so that you will find several updates according to the version, pass them in order and then update the latest update (2.90v). If it is not available online, you can update it via USB.
