Netflix is once more the leading VOD service in Poland, pushing Player into second place.

Quoting data produced by Mediapanel, Wirtualne Media> notes that the browser version of Netflix had 6,860,376 users and a reach of 23.51% in March, up from 6,452,784 and 22.26% respectively a month earlier.

At the same time, Player.pl saw its user total fall from 6,697,728 to 4,143,312 and reach from 23.10% to 14.20%.

Cda.pl – premium was in third place with 3,779,794 users and a reach of 12.95%.

Among the other providers, ipla.tv and canalplus.com saw strong growth in take-up compared to the previous month, while primevideo.com experienced a sharp fall.

Player, which is now a subscription-only service, attained top spot in February thanks to the screening of the comedy Listy do M.4, which due to the pandemic could not be shown in cinemas.
