Protek 9770

Good evening,
I have a Protek 9770 receiver with the Boris T firmware, i have tried for a week a free cardsharing server. This worked good but sometimes it was freezing and i was getting blocks, i tried a other server with a control panel. Now i use this a day and i get a message:

I see that your box do not work correctly with simulcrypt. For example now you watch channel Vier , and your box try decode this channel from 2 different providers 00006C and 00006D all time. It's not correct. Box must choose only 1 provider and use only this, not decode from all possible providers. Try use another emulator, protocol. Easy box must send only 1 ECM to 1 provider, not more, and in log bellow.

He send me also some log files:

But i don't can change the emulator on a Protek?
I have the latest Boris T firmware on my Protek receiver. Does anybody now a solution? Or is there no solution for this?

Ahh i have this and quiried it.

Boxes with 3 year gift bought for motorised setups a bit like the new viark boxes are doing today.

1. Press "USB" button (extreme left hand corner on remote)
Once you have got the "USB menu" box in the top left hand corner, proceed to point 2 below & press the "+in square" button
2. Press the "+in square" button (just above the blue button on the remote)
You will now have a "Server List" window displayed.
With "Server 1" highlighted press "OK" button
3. You now have a new window where you enter all the details from your n-line.
