Hello friends. First of all, I want to say that I am new to this forum, and this is my first post. I can't use my Roku TV Remote. I don't understand if there is a problem with the remote or if I am doing something wrong. Can anyone help me with this? Any help will be appreciated.
do you have IR in your phone? if yes, can you try using a remote app to see if it works? This is assuming you've already tried changing the batteries. You can also borrow a remote from someone you know to test it out iif all roku remotes work across the different range of Roku devices. If nothing's working, try having the remote fixed from your nearest store/repair shop, claim warranty or take your TV to the store so they can try out other remotes to be certain before they offer you a solution
