Gazprom-Media enters kids animation market

Gazprom-Media Holding has acquired a 70% stake in the animation production and distribution company ToyRoy Media for an undisclosed fee.

The deal will see ToyRoy Media’s creative team, which is currently working on 10 new projects for children of all ages, become part of Gazprom-Media’s KIT group of companies.

It will for the first time also give Gazprom-Media a presence in the kids animation market.
