i've starsat super that the key emulator don't work and stay usually 00000. It was recommended that i upgrade it by satellite on astra19°e fréq 12603 h 22000, this signal was too low and cannot be upgraded.

On official site www.star-sat.com there's no file for upgrade.

can someone have an idea to help me?
