1) Minor changes in the algorithm for searching for similar channel names or searching for the occurrence of a string in a channel name. Now works much faster, more accurately, and with less memory consumption
2) The base ConfigSelection class has been redesigned. If your image supports displaying graphics in the selection options of the settings window, then you will display icons instead of phrases. This modification also works on any DreamOS-based images. For example, this functionality can be “evaluated” on OpenPli, OpenBH, Merlin, GP4, etc. images.

1) Fixed EPG translation language selection in plugin settings for GP4.2 image for DM ONE and TWO (possibly also for any other E2-images in which country flag icons are set in SVG format)

2) Added check for required renderers and converters for DreamOS-based images, if they are not present in the image being used, they will be automatically added.
