Installation:

Without AEL
Copy .ipk to / tmp and use the blue button: Click on manual installation of packages and click on Install IPKG packages and select the copied.ipk.

If you do not want to install AEL, some extra data is still available, which is then read from the EPG.dat, but not all channels provide information for this data. So it's not the skin.
Furthermore, posters can also be displayed in the standard channel list and in the EPG, but the whole thing is not 100% because the data is loaded in real time and is not saved. If you want to test that with the poster, activate the skin part: "Metrix -> Metrix Poster" and restart the GUI. Skin parts in the category: AEL only work with installed AEL plug-in!


With AEL

Install AEL from r122 - restart GUI and run AEL through a complete search before the trailer, data and images can be displayed. Only after several searches does it really come into its own. If you had AEL installed for a long time, it should of course work immediately.
Skin part: AEL -> "AEL Extra Data + Images" install and restart GUI. All SKinparts in the AEL category only work with AEL.
Skin part: "Metrix -> Deactivate Metrix poster, otherwise the images will overlap.

Skin parts can be found under: VTI - Settings -MetrixCurveFHD - Activate MetrixCurveFHD pro - (yellow button) - Restart the GUI after every change ...
Skinned plugins such as EMC, serial recorder, tmdb of course also work without AEL

General: I recommend making an image backup beforehand, especially if you are new to it.

Tip: Do not install all skin parts on 1x, but do it one after the other, so a possible source of error can be better localized

Update: v1.0.3

• Fix backdrop background image (finer curves)
• Exit new curve backgrounds including audio menu, NumberZap, Timeshift
• Default background if no image is available
• New trailer symbol (YouTube style)
• Corrections to all screens with backdrops

Skin parts would have to be reactivated for the last time after the update.

That should have been it for now with updates, if no crashes are posted that are due to the skin

Update: v1.0.6

-New color styles now a total of 20 (Attention, there are new color styles, e.g. BlackBlue and GreyBlue. For people with AEL and color styles for users who do not use AEL. With AEL then only install the color style with the addition AEL - e.g. BlackBlue AEL. The old color styles work as usual.

- Fix AEL EPG List Style Fix AEL EPG Multi
- AEL Channelselection V2 under Skinparts
- New color styles, a total of 28 styles, each with AEL and without AEL. Only install the AEL styles if the AEL plugin also installs it, otherwise there are error messages. The skin parts with black ... have a higher transparency e.g. in the channel list
- New skin part rubric "Backdrops" so that the backdrops in the Movie List, EventView, VTI AEL Channelselection v2 and in the AEL Planner Views are adjusted in color if the corresponding skin parts have been selected. The default backdrop is black.

Previously installed skin parts or styles must be reactivated, there is no other way, as the names of the styles and skin parts are different
have partially changed. Save your own skin parts beforehand !!!
