    "Buffer" patch from putschi&Mafia_dz, thx: ICAM patch oscam-emu switching times are then 3-4 seconds with buffer 2500ms on icam transmitters, this should solve the sound problem.

    Oscam for DM9XXX / VU+ 4k with and without ipv6 support ibdvbcsa now also integrated as IPK Before you use this ipk, pay attention to the file name of the ipk, because vti only use VTI image, the same with openatv only use OpenATV image!!!!
