saying hi,and my first request for help
Hi to everyone one this site.
I thought it was about time I joined a group to try and sort out the problems I seem to be having when it comes to trying to program a card to work with the programs on Astra1/2.
I am using reasonably old equipment with an Xtreme receiver with enbedded cam and a joker cam in slot 1.The enbedded cam has gone into dreamboot which was the result of me messing around with the settings.I still have the joker cam(which I think is the same as a black ice cam)in one of the slots so am I right in thinking that iff I can program a card it should still work in this cam.
I am using an AD-Technics multiprogrammer which I think is also called an Elvis programmer for my card programming.The cards I have at the moment are also a bit old and maybe out of date.They are Funcards, one is a purple AT90 card,I have two 6th generation funcards(AT9058515)which is also marked 24C1024.
I also a couple of Goldcards,a Silvercard and a PC type of card with removable chips.
I am in desperate need of some guidance in the matter of programming these cards.
I have searched all over the net trying to download a working zip file that will unscramble a channel(any channel will do)but have not been able to get anything to work.
Any help will be greatly received.
This is my second attempt at this programming thing,I tried it about five years ago and gave up after months of frustration.
