the smilies do not work, to explain: when I press the smilies, the smilies box opens normally,
but where the problem begins, by pressing the mouse on the smilie, the arrow of the smile remains inert,

The smilies in the popup of the shoutbox plugin do not have any clickable functions.
It's not that it's not working but it was never implemented.
