IPTV test requests but no replies.

Hi
Over the past couple of weeks, I have send several emails to various people who advertise in the Premium IPTV server section of this forum asking for an IPTV test.
Nobody replies.
What am I doing wrong? They say they offer free 24h tests, they come everyday to put a message to bump up their services but then they don't reply to requests...

I have a firestick with tivimate and iptv smarters.

It may be a yardstick on how well they look after their customers. Worst one I found is endurotv.
