Different Mvsion S5-boxes?

I found different Mvsison S5. I know the S5 and the SX5. But in Spain I found a S5 net (with Ethernet). Is this one new or is it available in Spain only? There is also a ST5, which can receive DVB-T (TDT). Does it work with Spanish DVB-T only, or does it work with German DVB-T too?

I have the Mvision ST5, it comes with Ethernet port, and im using it to receive DVB-T(TDT) here in the UK. so i dont know if that answer's your question or not?
