    Oscam 11715 EMU with icam v9 arm


    - Customization for CMake
    - Added compiler parameter -fno-schedule-insns. (Thanks Hacker1 )
    - Removed compiler parameter -fno-tree-vectorize. The binary runs about 10% faster with Neon (thanks eldi0s)
    - Small change in ffdesca, which is slightly faster.
