Ukrainian channel secures Czech licence

The Czech Radio and TV Council (RRTV) has granted an internet distribution licence to a Ukrainian language channel named Oki-TV.
Operated by the Prague-registered DBM Media Group, it will be on air for 24 hours daily and be mainly targeted at the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Italy, Austria, France and Ukraine.
The RRTV has also granted a 12-year cable distribution licence to a local news and documentary-based channel named Televize HBin.
