I do have a server with many good peers that has been up for nearly 10 years.
Now searing for new peers. I need Quality before Quantity and unstable server.
All line will be tested to see if sharing works ok.

Just to make your server is optimal configured.
1. Use DNS, using IP gives problem if IP for some reason is changed.
It may not only be that you have dynamic IP, but if you move location in some year or get a new ISP, you will for sure get new IP.
2. Using port 12000 (default CCcam) should be avoided, since it's easy to scan for and see that you run card server.
3. Faking remote card as local card. This is more a problem for you. CCcam protocol do prefer closest card, so when you make card looks closer than they are, your server get more load that my other servers.
4. Use a good unique password for all your peer
5. Server and client must be the same, same IP, same server
