Maxdome to become jv with United Internet

German ISP United Internet AG is to become a partner in the online on-demand service Maxdome, which is now fully owned by ProSiebenSat.1’s SevenSenses.

After regulatory approval, the video portal will be a 50/50 joint venture between the two parties. United is already the service provider for Maxdome in the area of technical facilities, billing and customer care.
