MFE-MediaForEurope buys further into ProSiebenSat.1

Silvio Berlusconi’s MFE-MediaForEurope NV has bought further equity in ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE.


The company created out of Mediaset has purchased an additional 4%.

It takes the total holding in the German commercial broadcaster to 29%.

No financial details have been disclosed.
