Netflix promotes Maja Porczynska

Maja Porczynska has been appointed to the new position of director, strategic partnerships and business development in CEE, Baltics & CIS at Netflix.

In her new role she will manage commercial partnerships with pay-TV, mobile and broadband telecommunications operators across Central and Eastern European Territories
She will also be responsible for setting the overall business partnership strategy, negotiating partnerships, managing commercial performance, and leading cross functional teams across product, content, legal, business and marketing.

In addition, she will be a member of Netflix executive leadership teams for Central and Eastern Europe.

Porczynska joined Netflix in January 2020 head of strategic partnerships and business development in CEE & CIS, prior to which she held three director positions at Viacom between November 2013 and January 2020.

Before joining Viacom she held positions at – amongst others – Orange Sofrecom and Alcatel.
