Settings-GUI->, so that the IB isn't still displayed when you close the plugin.">Try the attached skin part to see if everything is displayed where it should be.

VWeather will then be displayed whenever you launch it, from wherever you are.

You can still change the background color using the skin selection in the plugin menu.

You can also enable "Hide info bar when using SIB" under VTi->Settings-GUI->, so that the IB isn't still displayed when you close the plugin.

Custom skin parts that affect the infobar may no longer work with this version
Since almost half of the skin parts have changed, restoring the option list with the option manager is only of limited use
