Update v1.0-r40

- EDM default channel list fine tuning and text font made a little larger + additional information easier to read (even if there is a background image underneath that is light).

- in the default without EDM and no banner channel list, the text font is also enlarged a little

- Major internal skin conversion, a lot of color information has changed (if you have a styles_user, some things will no longer fit)
- changed some players
- switchable information changed for clock and end time, there is now only the information with a color gradient
- new switchable light (bright design)
- many, many adjustments to the different screens

- further minor color adjustments or fixed...
- minor changes in some screens.
- LightBlue color design revised again (blue is no longer so aggressive)..
- Color code gray is now used for some information so that it is easier to read and can be switched separately, but the color code gray is not gray :).
- more internal stuff...

Update: v1.1-r16 (Online Update)

- Added a new "no backround" to the switchable Infobar Pic layout.
- fix for the right/left animation in GP Picplayer..
- some screens adjusted again like Picplayer, gCommander, Mediaplayer, GP RSS, GP Quickbutton etc.
- The full screens like Satfinder or VKeyboard have also been changed a little so that the color gradient there is so that the frame in the middle stands out better (these are just small optical subtleties that were made there, nothing more).
