Warnmeldungen (NINA-Notfallsystem)

The plugin Warnmeldungen displays the official emergency messages for a region.
For this purpose, it accesses the NINA API interface of the Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance (BBK) see zu (s. Notfallmeldungen, API-Schnittstelle, Nina-Homepage und Nina-Wiki).
The official regional key (ARS), which is required for the message query, is specified in the configuration by name search.
An automatic message query then takes place in the background (default 10 minutes).
If there are new messages, a warning window is displayed (either as a full view or as an urgent message line).
The current NINA messages can also be displayed directly via plugin call.
NINA works similar to a RSS feed, because a record contains only the message title and basic information, but no detailed information (which is located at other services). This has the advantage that only low traffic is generated by the background queries.
If the user activates the detailed view in the NINA message display (blue button), the linked message sources (Katwarn, Mowas, Biwapp, DWD, LHP) are reloaded and the NINA short messages are supplemented with the detailed descriptions.

To prevent automatic alerts from becoming annoying, the plugin behavior can be fine-tuned in the configuration (disable background check, time intervals, alert display duration, alert level, ignore list for alerts, block list, whitelist, double alert avoidance, ignore old alerts).
IMPORTANT: This plugin cannot replace the NINA app, but is only to be understood as a small additional module in the message chain
The plugin was originally developed under VTi and ported to a multiimage solution.
