Hrvatski Telekom to absorb Iskon Internet

Iskon Internet is being merged into the Croatian incumbent Hrvatski Telekom (HT), with the process due to be completed on January 1, 2024.

Up until then, Iskon Internet will continue to operate as a separate brand within HT.

Iskon Internet is a joint stock company 100% owned by HT holding, whose 100% owner is HT.

It has operated on the Croatian market for over 15 years.
