Telekom Srbija has completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Globaltel for an undisclosed fee.

According to local reports, the latter was previously owned by Zeljko Mitrovic’s Pink Group (55%) and the company Procescom (45%).

Globaltel was founded in 2015 and initially wholly owned by Procescom. When Pink Group became its largest shareholder the following year it switched its activities to mobile communications.

Globaltel reportedly has assets of €1.3 million and debts of €825,000 as of Q2 this year.
