Nervenschoner 0.1-Beta
There is a new plugin: The Nerve Saver.
If you want to make a quick phone call or tune out an annoying commercial, the nerve saver will keep you calm. Using a hotkey, it temporarily dims the TV picture and reduces the volume.

The blanking duration, the degree of dimming and the volume reduction are configurable.
After the set duration, the hiding ends automatically.
The blanking can also be ended or extended manually.
Exit: End hiding
Ok: Increase the fade length by a configurable duration
0: Restore default duration
1-9: Extend by 1-9 minutes
Left/Right (D-pad): Shorten/lengthen fade in 10 second increments
Mute: Sound completely off
Red: Stop hiding and reset the hotkey assignment for 5 seconds (to be able to call up the original hotkey key)
Info/Help: Key assignments
The hotkey is configurable, the default is the mute button. If the hotkey overwrites an existing function, it can still be accessed by double-clicking it. (The double-click cannot be used if a long key is selected as a hotkey.)
The default fade-out duration is 22 seconds (adapted to 25-second advertising clips).
The nerve saver is also available on the new Feed+
