Simple ZOOM Panel in PY3 V1.0

@E2Wizard:

called Simple ZOOM Panel (it is like ZOOM but simple in PY3 . This plugin is designed to Download Servers and install ULTRACAM_OSCAM with config made for this servers (in the future there would be more features like iptv, plugins install, feed and many more!!).
It is build upon the fantastic work done by BextrH With BextrH’s gracious permission, I’ve taken the core ideas of their original plugin and expanded upon them to include support for PY3.

What’s New?

Key Features:

• Feature 1: SERVERS (1) that will simply download servers for you.
• Feature 2: ADDONS (1) Now it will only install OSCAM-ULTRACAM with optimized config for the servers .
• Feature 3: EXTRAS (1) Now it can only uninstall plugin.

Getting Started: Only download this IPK and install it via USB Flash drive or FTP. (it will also install curl if it is not there)

*Added: SERVERS now have 2 categories CLASSIC (normal downloading) and SPEEDY (curl have now only 10 seconds to each line. If it is slow it will skip it.) ADDONS now have category install curl (ONLY VIA FEED!!!)

in this test:

REMOVES previous personal sections before adding new ones
VERIFY that the content isn't already present
ADDS only once

Try this:
First manually delete duplicates from the ncam.server or cccam etc.. file
Add in folder plugins attached file and reboot
Test with "Save Personal Lines" and verify that it only adds once
This should fix the duplicates!
