Salt launches smart TV app

Customers of Swiss network operator Salt can now receive the TV offer via a smart TV app; a set-top box is no longer necessary.

In addition to linear TV and replay, the app also includes a recording function.

The Salt TV app is available for the latest smart TV models from Samsung and LG, with Sony and Philips to follow in the coming months.

Access costs CHF4.95 (€5.05) per month; the app is free for two months at launch.
