MainStreaming appoints former Joyn head Tassilo Raesig as COO

Italian media delivery solutions provider MainStreaming has appointed Tassilo Raesig as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective from April 2024.
Raesig joins MainStreaming to drive business growth and accelerate the expansion of its video delivery technology, disrupting the traditional content delivery network (CDN) market, according to the company.
Most recently, Raesig was CEO and CTO of Joyn, the streaming platform operated by German media group ProSiebenSat.1. Prior to this, he has been heading various business entities within Sony including the overall digital and media strategy for Sony Europe, Vice-President and General Manager at Gracenote.
In the capacity of COO, Raesig will be responsible for the overall business operations of MainStreaming and will work with the CEO Antonio Corrado to set and implement the business expansion strategy, a business growth plan, and improve the overall performance of the company in the streaming industry.
