Is dragon cam 3.02 capable of decoding systems other than the usual(viaccess,irdeto,conax,seca and nagra)? If so,how can this be achieved by using cas interface 3 by duolabs?How can the keys be edited and sent to the cam?And final(at least for the time being), how can i enter viacess2.xx keys and do some work?

All depends on software...Look at Read me.file...there to each version you see which systems are supported...
You donīt need to enter keys...usually last updated file has all you need...if you have provider for Viaccess2 so you enter manually-if you want to-same way like for all others systems.
