I Need Help with Satellite Receiver Signal Issues

I am writing to see if anyone can help with a problem I'm having with my satellite TV box. Lately, I've been getting a weak signal on my Dreambox DM500S receiver. It started about a week ago, and I'm clueless about what's causing it. Here's what's going on:

• Satellite box: Dreambox DM500S
• Problem: Signal keeps cutting in and out, sometimes completely disappearing.
• When it happens: Seems to happen at random times throughout the day.

What I've tried:

• Checked all the cables and connections.
• Restarted the receiver a bunch of times.
• Rescanned for channels.
• Made sure the satellite dish looks aligned properly.
