Mahmoud Mustapha confirmed as Allente CEO; Anette Nordskog is CFO

Nordic TV and streaming company Allente has announced the appointment of Mahmoud Mustapha as CEO of the company, and Anette Nordskog as CFO.

Mahmoud Mustapha has been acting CEO of Allente since June, following the departure of Jonas Gustafsson, and now takes over on a permanent basis.

“We are very pleased to appoint Mahmoud Mustapha as the new CEO of Allente. With his solid industry experience and with several years of successful leadership within the company, Mahmoud is the perfect person to lead Allente. The board is convinced that Mahmoud will lead Allente successfully through the company’s upcoming growth phase, and we look forward to following Mahmoud and Allente’s continued journey”, says Ove Fredheim, chairman of the board at Allente.

Helge Øien, CFO of Allente since September 2021, is leaving the company and Anette Nordskog has been appointed as the new CFO. Nordskog comes most recently from the Zirq Solutions, where she was CFO, and has a wide experience from senior positions at, among others, Aller Media, SOL.no, Navita Systems and Fortum.

Anette comes with extensive industry experience, and with a broad competence in both transformation, digitization, sustainability and finance. Anette takes up her post in January 2025, and Axel Elner is appointed acting CFO until then.
