Roku TVs come to the UK; Sky Glass available at Currys

Having already produced a successful range of smart TVs with Westinghouse in the US, this collaboration is now expanding into the UK.

The new range includes sizes 24” and 32” in 2K HD and, through the Roku OS and integrated Freeview tuner, consumers can access all the most popular local and global streaming services, providing them with a wide selection of entertainment and live TV.

In a related development, Sky and the UK’s electricals retailer Currys announce a new retail partnership allowing customers to purchase Sky Glass in Currys stores nationwide, as well as online through Currys.co.uk, from today, 31st October.
To celebrate the partnership, customers buying in-store can enjoy an introductory offer of Sky Glass with Sky TV and Netflix in one simple subscription from just £33 a month.

Sky Glass will be on display in over 200 Currys stores across the nation, giving consumers the opportunity to see and hear the benefits of Sky Glass with Currys tech experts before they buy.
