On cas 8.4 with gammacard , i can't seem to program it ??

I get

ATR:
3B 9F 21 0E 47 41 4D 4D 41 43 41 52 44 20 56 20 31 2E 31 9D

and when i load a GAM file and press WRITE i get

"The eeprom file or flash file are not specified" altough i selected a .gam file below.

Any suggestions ?

This card is like one I have,
The ATR 3B 9F 21 0E 47 41 4D 4D 41 43 41 52 44 20 56 20 31 2E 31 9D
is from a not empty card, the right ATR from an empty card is:
3B 9F 21 0E 47 41 4D 4D 41 43 41 52 44 20 56 20 31 2E 34 9D
and is changing to 31 9D after loading succesfuly.
It's possible to load this card ONLY by loader V 2,2 but all gam files are not works in Europe.
