I’ve been experiencing an issue with my satellite TV receiver where certain channels suddenly lose signal, even though other channels on the same satellite work fine. The affected channels sometimes come back after a reboot, but the problem keeps recurring. I’ve checked the dish alignment, cable connections & even tried rescanning the channels, but I’m still facing this intermittent loss of signal.


I’m wondering if this could be related to transponder issues, LNB problems / even software glitches in the receiver. Has anyone else encountered something similar? Could it be a specific frequency range being affected due to interference or hardware degradation? I’ve also read that some firmware updates can cause issues—should I consider rolling back to a previous version?
