me also i hve problem error,i think our problem is cable not compatible for our
pc/laptop,coz i borrow usb/rs232 to my friend is work. but if another cable
i use new coming from store another brand didnt work.this my observation..

For Target not connect or target is error status problem ,Try to upgrade your receiver using this loader on allcode+bootloader mode (it's better to use an original firm )
