Clients offline all the time on Cccam!!

Hello people,
I am having a small problem with my Cccam server. People can't connect on my server and they see me offline all the time!!


I have no problem connecting with them.

I have Cccam 2.0.8, i use Dns updater, i allways use F line.

This sound as if you have NOT forwarded your cccam port (default = 12000).
Your outgoing service works because you instigated it but the incomming clients need to be allow in (forwarded).
A good website for specific router instructions is portforward.com, when you have entered your router it will ask for which application, I just use any (usually 3-in-a-bed).
