firmware for strong 4653x

Hi there,

Just wondering what the best firmware for a strong 4653x would be. I am in Australia. It seems the firmwares here are country specific, also it seems they have firmware listed for every model except the 4653 or am i just missing something.

Use this: SRT4620X_4651X_4654X_152p_20080514 or higher. This is where the SRT 4653X is.

what s/w version and date do you get on the 4653x with that latest SRT4620X_4651X_4654X_153p software. just wondering if its the right one before i put it in. thanks

no try 186p of 2009. I tried it and it worked in africa. but u must confirm it is 2008 version b4 u try or else u get nada for upgrading 2007 to 2009

What firmware is recommended for the Strong 4653X for New Zealand please. And is it best to use the com ports or the USB port on the box to upload?
From What I read in these postes it is not always successful so thats why I am asking this question....thanks
