Help with keys

am new to this satellite tv. i just want to know how can i watch encrypted channels with my dvbviewer v3.9.2 (hauppauge hvr4000 dvb-s2) my dish is set to only receive Astra 28.2 E
please just briefly explain this someone.

The only engrypted channels on Astra 2 28.2 E are Sky channels.

TPS ARE NOT ON ASTRA YOU CAN FIND TPS ON HOTBIRD 13E

In Astra2 28.2°E you can`t watch encrypted channels,move your dish on Astra 19°E or Hot Bird.
