fortec star delta (CI Problems)

Ive Got A Fortec Star Delta, the Problem i Got Is I Cant Get these Cams To Work...
(dragon/Trex, diablo Etc) It Reconizes Them!
But Says "Scambled or Bad Signal" On Stb. With An Orginal Viewing Card inserted/Or Emulation. (They work Fine In A FSCI5100 Diamond)

Is they Any File Or Patch To Fix This.
