In youtubeparser.py, the normalization of thumbnail and avatar URLs has been improved.
For channel entries, the channel name is now displayed in the title.
After an HLS download, sidecar files are generated via mergedownloader.py (.txt = info, .jpg = preview image).
Sidecar is enabled by default and can be disabled in the host: Create sidecar files (.txt/.jpg)
Additional MKV generation with chapter marks is enabled by default and can be disabled in the host: Create MKV with chapter marks from description
Additional Enigma2 .cuts chapter marks are enabled by default and can be disabled in the host: Create Enigma2 .cuts chapter marks
If chapter marks are detected in the full description, the file is also generated as an MKV.
In addition, a corresponding Enigma2 .cuts file with jump marks is generated, so that jumping now works directly in e2i as well.
VLC can select the chapters on PC/Android.

YouTube Update
* The YouTube display language has been improved so that channel names no longer contain a mix of German and English terms.
* The channel name is now displayed in both the Info view and in the Sidecar.txt file.
* In the Info view, the exact publication date is now displayed in the YYYY-MM-DD format.
* Special characters such as & are now displayed correctly in the Info view.
* mergedownloader.py has been updated to handle preCheckOnly for existing downloads and to clean up temporary files.
* iptvdmapi.py has been updated to handle preCheckOnly so that existing downloads are displayed as “Download already exists” instead of “FAILED.”
