Selected live/vod/series categories can now be completely blank and wont crash or process them. (all 3 can actually be blank now if you really want to test that - for zero bouquets)
Fixed delete bouquets
Fixed the crash if the first element in categories was clicked (if it was in a hidden state)
Speeded up the processing of bouquets. (I think)

Beta version
OK latest beta version - with bouquets this time
Amended the url calls to only download 2 at a time to help prevent getting banned from too many successive server calls at once.
Amended the nextjob boundfunction code to prevent crashes on dreamboxes. Might fix other issues people are having. (removed code instead)

Added in a catch on series if your provider doesn't have the "simple" api type. (i.e iptv editors)
Added in a clear right column if left column is empty (I think)
Added in a try /except catch around m3u files variable matches. Although this is not even fully functional yet. Can still be tested up to the create bouquet stage
I have also uncommented a few print statements in buildbouquets file. So its easier for users to see exactly where things fail
And as I said above, I am have a break for a few days now. I am off work thursday and friday next week, so might get back into then.
Keep having a play around though, especially those people who know how to identify a fault from their logs and experiences.
We fixed a lot in the last few days thanks to people taking the time to test. ta

jee whizz I went down a rabbit hole with that tonight.
Lots of refactoring of the bouquet creation code. Should now work correctly whether grouped, ungrouped, name prefix, or no name prefix.
Also noticed and fixed an error in delete a grouped iptv
I have added in about 100+extra lines of code tonight, while looking for the error.
So now its all working again, tomorrow I am going to undo it all at have it very similar to I had in the first release (with amends)

- Rewrote all the bouquet making code (again). Should be less file writing. Which may or may not help people who have freezes on building live.
