-'startservice.cfg', 'fav1.cfg' and 'fav2.cfg' are obsolete and now part of 'etc/enigma2/settings' and therefore can be deleted
-set new default cities: home=Berlin, fav1=New York, fav2=Tokyo
-new master translation file 'Foreca.pot' created
-the German translation was adapted- some code improvements
