ScreenHits has signed a strategic partnership with CNN International Commercial to add CNN Headlines International to its in-car platform and mobile apps in EMEA.
CNN Headlines International provides short-form updates across global news, business, sport, technology and travel.
The channel will be integrated into the ScreenHits interface, placing CNN news content alongside entertainment and on-demand services.
ScreenHits said the agreement strengthens its position in streaming aggregation, particularly as connected vehicles become a growing distribution platform for video services.
In a joint statement, the companies said: “As cars become fully connected environments, the demand for high-quality, curated, and easily accessible content continues to grow.”
ScreenHits TV brings together subscription, gaming and live channels including Disney+, Apple TV+, Bloomberg, Euronews, FIFA+ and Prime Video in a single interface.
The platform is available in 65 territories and is already deployed in vehicles including Porsche 911, Taycan, Panamera and Cayenne models, Renault’s Grand Koleos and Filante, Nio, Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition.
