Katja Burkard’s ‘Glow Up Your Life’ joins wedotv True Stories

Katja Burkard’s video podcast Glow Up Your Life will make its free-to-air television debut on 15 June 2026 on wedotv’s True Stories FAST Channel, expanding the programme’s reach beyond podcast platforms.

The 22-part series, hosted by the TV presenter and author Katja Burkard, will premiere at 09:00 CEST and feature 45-minute episodes focusing on the experiences of women in midlife. The programme addresses topics including societal expectations, personal development, physical changes and self-discovery, combining personal stories with expert insights.

The video podcast seeks to bring greater visibility to issues that are often underrepresented in public discourse while remaining available across podcast platforms, according to wedotv.
